How We Work
 In
order to be able to dedicate the manpower and
resources necessary to complete our work, the
financial side of each project must be handled
appropriately.
At the onset of any project, we do our best to offer
an estimate – based on your requirements and our
review. This will not be a firm number– rather it
will serve as a guide by which we work with you as
the project evolves. Since no two jobs are exactly
alike - even when they are seemingly two identical
cars - all projects are billed based on a
time-plus materials basis.
 Our obligation to perform exceptional work is the
cornerstone of the shop. In return, our clients
obligation to the financial aspects of the project
are just as important.
 All large projects must have a positive balance and
the timely payment of bills ensures an efficient
flow to our work. We can and will customize a cash
flow schedule to your individual requirements and
project particulars.
For each billing cycle, fully detailed worksheets
outlining parts purchased, materials used, projects
completed and the allocation of labor hours will
accompany your billing statement.
 Ultimately, the more time your budget allows us to
focus on your car, the more efficient the project
becomes. We believe in momentum, and momentum
happens when resources are dedicated appropriately.
