Redux Restoration

	Redux re•dux (re'duks'): From the Latin reducere – to bring back. To be "brought back, restored". To denote a new interpretation of an existing work by restoration. To revisit or reinterpret the past in an effort to make it better than before.

Creative Workshop has pioneered our own, unique approach to customizing cars – Redux Restoration.

As opposed to “change for change sake” or the complete departure from the original car (for the sake of modernization or personalization), we believe in a more organic approach: We put ourselves in the shoes of the original designers and imagine what they might have done if they were not limited by mass production accounting or, if they had greater technology and more advanced manufacturing techniques at their disposal.

Through this “redesign” process, we strive to keep the beauty and original design of the vehicle, while performance, safety and reliability are enhanced through the installation of customized, modern and/or fabricated parts and assemblies.

In other words, you have the ability to personally design your classic car – combining traditional restoration with creative license – to create cars that are individual, unique and as functional as they are beautiful (see our chart below for ideas).

Be it a "popular" classic or an obscure Orphan - classic Americana or a rare European find - cars that were previously avoided because of inherent mechanical limitations (bad braking, bad handling and/or bad power, for instance) or serviceability and part replacement problems can now be considered.

Keeping style and design at the forefront of our process, changes are integrated into a particular cars' look, feel and mechanical capacity seamlessly. In many instances, you would never know it wasn’t original to the car!
